Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us by requesting a return on the Order Page or via Contact us page or directly email/ call us. 

Please note that customers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping via their preferred courier service. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damages, or errors, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this window, we may be unable to verify the cause of the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Prints & Personalized Items including our printed Mugs, Phone Cases, and Apparel, are made-to-order specifically for you. Because these items are produced only once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size charts before ordering).
  • Customer errors (e.g., spelling mistakes in names provided or low-resolution photos uploaded by the customer).

The only exception to the above is if the item is physically defective or arrives damaged. If the item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
